運送及退款政策
處理時間
所有訂單均會在 5 個工作天內處理。週末或公眾假期不設發貨。如遇訂單量過多,發貨日期可能會延遲數天。對於國際訂單,請根據目的地預留額外的運輸時間。

海關、關稅與稅項
音樂說故事出版社概不負責您的訂單所產生的任何海關費用或稅項。所有在運輸期間或之後由目的地國家收取的費用(包括關稅、稅款等)均由客戶自行承擔。

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. For international orders, please allow additional days in transit for delivery depending on the destination.
Shipment Confirmation &
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your region. Please note that actual delivery times may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures or local postal services.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Music and Story Publishing Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping by the destination country (including duties, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via email at info@musicandstory.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

退貨
我們的政策為期 7 天。如果您在收到商品後已過 7 天,我們將無法為您退款或換貨。我們僅對有缺陷的物品提供退款或換貨。

運輸
您將負責為退還物品支付運輸費用。運輸費用概不退還。如果您收到退款,將從您的退款中扣除退貨運費。
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by after you have received the items, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We only offer a refund or exchange for items that are defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact us before shipping the defective items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
